With over 25 years of experience, a wide range of knowledge and extensive know-how in classic and agile SAP projects - in particular as a project leader and intensive in SAP Leadership as operations Manager - I support and advise medium-sized to large and international companies in the implementation of individual IT solutions and operations.
As an experienced line and project manager as well as certified SAP consultant, I am technically profoundly trained and have extensive knowledge in the module-specific areas.
Through my national and international experience as a certified project manager, I am familiar with all phases of an IT lifecycle and I have gone through them several times from start to finish. I see myself as a true partner and accompany the following optimizations and further implementations in the company with different main tasks.
The proficient use of modern techniques of agile solution development (Scrum) and the use of coordinated operating units - with Dev Ops approaches and corresponding visualization methods (Kanban) round off my expertise, so that truly holistic solutions can be developed that lead to success.
